Delete your account

Delete in the app

This works the same on iPhone, Android, and the web app, and it is the fastest way.

1. Sign in to Kingdom Singles.
2. Open Settings (on the web app it is in the main menu).
3. Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete my account.
4. Optionally tell us why you are leaving, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

The web app is at my.kingdomsingles.app. It works for accounts created with email, Apple, or Google.

Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@kingdomsingles.app from the email address on your account, or tell us which Apple or Google sign-in you used. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we delete it. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

An account that is suspended cannot delete itself in the app; email us and we will handle the request.

What is deleted

• Your login, including your email address, password, and Apple or Google sign-in link.
• Your profile: name, birthdate, gender, height, denomination, city, bio, and photos (photo files are removed from storage).
• Push-notification device records and saved events.
• Your messages, your connections, and the conversations they belong to. This also removes them for the other person.
• Marriage stories you submitted that we have not yet posted. A story we already posted on this site stays, without your name, email, or account link; email us to have it taken down.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a small set of records we need for safety and legal reasons. None of them can be used to sign in or to show you to other members.

• A deactivated account stub: your user id, deletion date, and the reason you gave for leaving, if any. It does not include your email.
• Ticket and payment records, including Stripe payment identifiers, for 7 years for accounting, tax, refund, and fraud obligations.
• Safety reports, blocks, and moderator notes for 2 years, and host reviews you left for 2 years.

Sign in with Apple

Deleting your account removes the Sign in with Apple link from Kingdom Singles. You can also remove Kingdom Singles from your Apple account in Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple on your iPhone.
