Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kingdom Singles (“we,” “us,” “the Service”) is a platform that helps Christian singles meet at in-person events organized by community hosts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and single (unmarried) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information — real name, real age, real photos. Accounts that misrepresent identity are removed.

3. Community conduct

Kingdom Singles is a Christ-centered community. Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, solicitation, and any unlawful behavior are prohibited — in the app and at events. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

4. Events

Events are organized by independent hosts. While hosts are vetted and events are reviewed, we do not operate venues and are not responsible for what occurs at events. Use good judgment, meet in public spaces, and report concerns immediately. Collecting cash at the door for an event listed as free in order to avoid platform fees is prohibited and may result in host privileges being revoked.

5. Tickets and refunds

Paid tickets are set by the host at a face price between $20 and $200. Community-host events collect payment in the app through Stripe; Kingdom Singles keeps 10% from the host payout (waived on a host's first paid event) and deducts Stripe's processing fee from that payout. Platform and partner events sell on Eventbrite. Eventbrite refunds follow Eventbrite's own terms.

For a self-sold ticket, a buyer may request a refund until 48 hours before the event start time, or within 7 days of a material change to when or where the event happens. Eventbrite refunds follow Eventbrite's own terms. If we cancel an event, paid self-sold tickets are refunded and Eventbrite orders are cancelled there.

6. Connections & messaging

Chat unlocks only when two members exchange a QR connection at an event. You may block any member at any time; blocked members cannot message you or connect with you. We may review reported message content for safety and moderation purposes.

7. Your content

You retain rights to the photos and text you upload and grant us a license to display them within the Service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion disables your login and hides your profile immediately. Messages and connections are removed; ticket, payout, report, and block records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at events.
